My work focuses on companies at inflection points, where growth starts to break operating models, product complexity outpaces execution, and teams need clearer systems, stronger prioritization, and tighter alignment between product, revenue, and customer value. This is where product shifts from feature delivery to a true operating system for the business.

Across SaaS, digital media, martech, and AI-driven platforms, I’ve led transformations centered on scaling product organizations, improving delivery reliability, modernizing monetization strategies, and building data and AI-powered systems that continuously learn and adapt. My approach is grounded in operator thinking: identify the highest-leverage problems, simplify complexity, align teams around measurable outcomes, and execute with speed and clarity.

Most recently as VP of Product at Catena Media, I led a 100+ person cross-functional organization spanning Product, Engineering, Content, SEO, Marketing, CRM, and Design across a ~$50M portfolio. I drove a multi-million dollar EBITDA turnaround through operating model transformation, improved delivery reliability from ~2% to ~80%, and introduced scalable product systems across 26+ digital platforms. I also led AI-powered personalization and content initiatives that became central to engagement and monetization strategy, with CRM evolving into a top revenue-driving channel (~$3M ARR).

Previously at Fox Entertainment / TMZ, Raptive, MarketMuse, and Searchmetrics, I built and scaled recommendation systems, data platforms, monetization engines, and product-led SaaS experiences, driving measurable gains in engagement, retention, ARPU, and revenue growth.

I’m particularly drawn to scale-up and transformation-stage companies where product needs to evolve into a core driver of growth, efficiency, and long-term enterprise value.
